Key Requirements

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent law degree
• Bar license in good standing
• Relevant industry experience in financial services
• Demonstrable experience in derivatives and/or structured products
• Banking or financial industry experience
• Knowledge of international laws, regulations and practices
• Experience with complex deals
