Job Summary
Ensure all technical services are maintained operational during your shift duty, taking charge of entire technical assets in building and managing the engineering team.
Manage and maintain electromechanical/utilities services at the site with the help of the technician team, prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM), and conduct regular site inspections.
Cooperate, coordinate, and communicate with other departments to ensure good customer experience, manage events/parties/CSR activities, and maintain service level agreements.
