Must-have
5+ years prototype manual machining experience
3+ years leadership role overseeing machinists
5+ years CNC programming using Mastercam
Ability to interpret GD&T signs and symbols
Design parts from engineering sketches and blueprints
Nice-to-have
Background in engineering or engineering support role
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Experience with capacity models and KPIs
Ability to conceptualize designs and resolve problems
Collaborative communication at various organizational levels
Key Requirements
Associate degree or program certificate in machining preferred
5+ years of prototype manual machining experience required
3+ years of experience in a leadership role
5+ years of CNC programming using Mastercam or equivalent
Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for paperwork
