Salary: up to $3000 Duration: 2 months Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday office hrs Location: Woodlands Job Description: Visitor Management: Greet and welcome guests professionally. Register visitors, issue security badges, and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room. Communication: Answer and screen incoming phone calls, forward them to the correct department, or take accurate messages. Handle and distribute daily mail, courier packages, and emails. Scheduling: Maintain and update booking systems for meeting rooms and coordinate appointments or seminars. Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation. Monitor and order office and pantry supplies to ensure the workplace is well-stocked. Facility Coordination: Keep the reception and common areas (e.g., lobby, pantry) tidy.
