The Senior Officer, Financing Partnerships will explore, develop, and manage external financing strategies with select donors, DFIs, and private sector investors to expand financing sources.

Key Requirements

Extensive experience with governments, DFIs, and private sector in EMEEA markets
Experience with development finance and non-grant financial instruments
Experience leading multi-partners financial transactions
Solid financial analysis, modelling, and risk analysis skills
Strong project management experience
Experience developing and managing strong partnerships with senior decision makers
