Base: $68,400.00 - $171,000.00 annualized; Bonus/Equity: Incentive plans and bonuses may be offered; Benefits: Range of health and welfare benefits available
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years clinical development experience
Change management role experience
End to end global clinical trial operations
Deep understanding of GCP principles
Nice-to-have
Experience with generative AI or copilot
Knowledge of biomarker and pathology
Experience with digital pathology software
Strong organization project management skills
Key Requirements
BS in life sciences or business required
Minimum 5-8 years direct clinical development experience
