Key Requirements

  • 100% completion of TPC curriculum and 3+ years electrical maintenance experience
  • Approved technical associate degree or certificate in electrical/electronic discipline and 3+ years relevant experience
  • Minimum of 7 years industrial electrical experience in a skilled trade
  • Formal training in AC/DC circuits and basic PLC functionality
  • Experience with instrumentation, controls, and mechanical systems
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, electrical/hydraulic schematics, and using measuring tools and tolerances
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and machine tools
  • Strong troubleshooting, installation, and repair skills for machinery and equipment
  • Working knowledge of safety practices including Lockout/Tagout and NFPA 70E
  • Must provide own trade tools
  • Must adhere to safety, quality, and organizational policies
  • Must pass all required Health Services testing
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking), basic math, and computer use
