Job Summary

  • You will play a critical role within the business by working side by side with the Learning and Development Manager to help manage the Induction Program and contribute to the development of new employees through Career Pathway Programs.
  • This role will help ensure that Credit Corp appropriately develops employees to achieve the organization’s overall performance goals while developing your personal skill sets in leadership, communication, and learning.
  • The position is a 6 month secondment and requires notifying your manager before applying, with opportunities to discuss the role with Angela Powell or the Talent Acquisition Team.
