Must-have

  • 4+ years operations finance experience
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning or Smartview
  • Proven team leadership capabilities
  • ERP system experience required

  • MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred
  • Natural bias towards continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in complex multinational matrixed orgs
