The ideal candidate will have a strong networking background and experience in scheduled maintenance and patching, preferably in a MoD contract environment.

Job Summary
Support SOC Engineers & Analyst activity, change & release management, and ensure scheduled maintenance and patching is approved & delivered within KPI/SLA’s.
Produce reports covering SLA Performance, System Performance, Obsolescence, Risk & System availability, and perform system maintenance including remote platforms.
