Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bathing, combing hair, and dressing/undressing.
Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers (bedsores).
