Employees must use authorized abbreviations when recording information and report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as dental care, bathing, dressing, and transporting them to new rooms or medical appointments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Maintain strict patient confidentiality
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Create warm and positive atmosphere
Participate in shift nursing reports
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
