  • Employees must use authorized abbreviations when recording information and report all accidents, incidents, or changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
  • The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them to new rooms or medical appointments.
