  • Own the development and execution of licensing strategy across much of the region, from securing satellite earth station authorizations to electronic communications service compliance, and to shaping NGSO-related regulations at national, regional (e.g., CEPT), and international (e.g., ITU) levels.
  • Engage with regulators, trade associations, and industry stakeholders to advocate for favourable policies related to NGSO systems, spectrum access, and space sustainability and safety.
  • Identify regulatory risks before they become blockers, maintain compliance across jurisdictions, and work cross-functionally with business, legal, policy, and engineering teams to deliver Leo services at scale.
