Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be comfortable driving a company van to transport behavioral residents to medical appointments while also working on the floor as a caregiver.
The role requires reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director immediately.
