Lead and manage the review, prioritization, and resolution of Engineering Change Requests (CRs) to ensure timely and effective implementation.
Analyze current engineering processes to identify areas for efficiency improvement and backlog reduction.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engineering processes, such as CR and SRI closure rates and turnback resolution metrics.
