Assist FM in day-to-day operations of workplace facilities services, including vendor supervision, inspections, and emergency call support.
Coordinate business support services such as Helpdesk operations, administrative support, reception, visitor management, and energy management programs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Supervision of 3rd Party vendors
Conduct regular facility inspections
Coordinate preventative maintenance programs
Oversee meeting room scheduling
Administer office supplies inventory
Monitor building systems including HVAC
Assist in managing contractor relationships
Nice-to-have

Customer centric delivery
Create easy to deal with experiences
Proactive approach to identifying issues
Team collaboration while working independently
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in facilities management or business support services
Working knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
Experience with vendor/contractor management
Proficiency with facility management software and MS Office suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Technical certification in facilities management (IFMA, FMP) preferred
