Job Summary

  • Oversee the financial accounting function, manage and mentor Finance team, and ensure our reporting is accurate, timely and useful for decision-making.
  • Working alongside Managers and Engineers, preparing the annual strategy business plan, the annual operating and capital budgets and the monthly reforecasts and subsequently presenting to management.
  • Proactively coaching and training team members, Engineers and Managers to improve financial and commercial acumen of our operational managers.
