Job Summary
Supervise, empower, and guide a team of Supplier Sustainability Assessors who are responsible for evaluating supplier performance against Philips’ sustainability criteria.
Oversee the scheduling, planning, and execution of supplier assessments, both remotely and on-site, and integrate new tools and technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to accelerate continuous improvement.
This role is instrumental in ensuring that Philips’ suppliers comply with the highest sustainability standards, mitigating risk and enhancing supply chain resilience.
