** Pfizer is seeking a Clinical Development Medical Director who will oversee the integrity of clinical trials, manage compliance, and support the communication of clinical data. The ideal candidate should possess a medical degree and extensive experience in biopharmaceutical clinical research, particularly in phase 3 studies. **

Job Summary

  • Ensures medical & scientific integrity and the wellbeing of participants enrolled in clinical trials, designs and executes high-quality studies, maintains compliance, manages risks and emerging clinical and medical issues, and supports interpretation and communication of clinical data.
  • Provides clinical/medical input to support development of the protocol design document (PDD) and leads development of the protocol from the approved PDD.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $239,900.00 to $377,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 25.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.

Key Requirements

  • MD, DO, MBBS, MBChB degree
  • 4+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience
  • Licensed to prescribe medicines for 2+ years
  • Phase 3/pivotal clinical research experience
  • Demonstrated scientific writing skills
  • Knowledge of global/regional regulation, ICH/GCP
