  • Proven people leader with team oversight experience
  • Track record of managing capital projects
  • Experience with emergency management
  • Experience managing large-scale contract tendering
  • Experience with critical systems environments
  • SMA and FMA designation, BES, SMT, HVAC technician or 5th/4th Class Engineer certification
  • RPA designation or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of Direct Digital Controls systems
  • Experience overseeing tenant build-outs
  • Strong budgeting and financial acumen
  • Working knowledge of building and fire codes
  • Proficiency with MS Office and mobile technology
  • Experience with Yardi, Angus or Building Engines
  • Valid driver’s license
