The Operations Manager will support the engineering team and assist the Property Manager in the daily management and operation of the properties as directed by the property owners and in accordance with the standards and procedures of JLL

Job Summary

  • The Operations Manager will support the engineering team and assist the Property Manager in the daily management and operation of the properties as directed by the property owners and in accordance with the standards and procedures of JLL.
  • Monitors operation and maintains refrigeration, water cooling and air conditioning; boilers, heating, ventilating and hot water equipment; pumps, valves, piping and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Associate Degree in engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years facility related work experience
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Managerial experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes
  • Construction planning and execution understanding
  • Exposure to HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems
  • Working knowledge of CMMS systems
  • Universal Technician for CFC’s certification (preferred)
  • Operating Engineers license (preferred)
