The primary purpose of this role is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervisors and the Health Services Director.
Responsibilities include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as noting and reporting errors and participating in quality improvement programs.
The position requires adherence to facility policies, maintaining resident confidentiality, and cooperating with other healthcare personnel to ensure adequate resident care.
