Job Summary

  • Ensure investment banking activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and to help the bank manage legal and reputational risks.
  • Provide legal advice and support to the bank's investment banking division on matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, lending and other corporate finance transactions.
  • Act as legal advisor to the Investment banking transaction approval committees on laws, rules and regulations.
