Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year HCM implementation experience
At least 2 full cycle enterprise HCM Payroll implementations
Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll, Leave & Attendance, Claims modules
Knowledge of local statutory requirements SG/MY/PH/IN/TH
Experience as Business Analyst/System Integrator/Functional Consultant
