Job Summary

  • The Graduate Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of student focused programming that promotes community building, professional development, and cultural engagement within the engineering student body.
  • Responsibilities may include planning sessions, developing agendas, coordinating speakers, preparing topics, creating flyers and advertisements, managing room reservations, supporting catering needs, and communicating with student leaders and alumni.
  • The Graduate Assistant will assist in preparation of brief written summaries for annual reporting, summarizing program events, student involvement, and engagement outcomes.
