Job Summary
The Graduate Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of student focused programming that promotes community building, professional development, and cultural engagement within the engineering student body.
Responsibilities may include planning sessions, developing agendas, coordinating speakers, preparing topics, creating flyers and advertisements, managing room reservations, supporting catering needs, and communicating with student leaders and alumni.
The Graduate Assistant will assist in preparation of brief written summaries for annual reporting, summarizing program events, student involvement, and engagement outcomes.
