Provide corrective and preventative maintenance on all CMR exterior and interior structures and systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair.

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including parts billing, labor billing, inventory management, preventative maintenance records, and equipment records.
