Job Summary
Responsible for sales capability diagnosis, training program design, and execution for new product launches to ensure sales teams and partners achieve rapid, quantifiable onboarding capabilities.
As a core member of the launch team, collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, compliance, and supply chain to gather product information and identify sales team knowledge, skill, attitude, and behavior gaps.
Design end-to-end training programs, including assessment mechanisms, and work with digital/LMS teams to publish online courses and track learning data.
