The Tour Ambassador will be a dynamic, interactive role within the venue with a specific focus on the guest experience and how the guest relates to the overall venue experience.
Greeting guests as they enter assigned areas and ensuring their safety while waiting, on tour or in assigned areas.
Providing a high level of customer service for the guest, resolving issues and referring issues to a Supervisor as necessary to ensure a pleasant experience.
