Job Summary

  • The core responsibility is to provide comprehensive, high-quality support for decision-making and daily management, while acting as an important coordinator to drive the smooth implementation of transversal HR initiatives and projects.
  • Prepare for various meetings, draft meeting minutes, and track the follow-up on action items, while regularly extracting and cleaning data from HR systems and providing qualitative analysis.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating the administrative support for the HR cycle campaigns and champion a culture of continuous improvement within the department.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience in HRBP, HR Shared Services Center, or Project Management
  • Proficient in project planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Proficient in data consolidation, analysis, and visualization tools
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday)
  • Advanced level of English
