Key Requirements
Journeyman certificate or undergraduate/engineering degree
NCSO designation required
15 years progressive field supervision experience
Successfully supervised construction workforce
In-depth knowledge of construction industry
Proficient understanding of scheduling software
Understanding of collective agreement and jurisdiction
