Flora Food Group is seeking a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to lead regulatory compliance efforts across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in regulatory affairs, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams

Job Summary

  • This role is essential in ensuring product compliance across multiple markets, driving regulatory strategies for innovation, and maintaining strong partnerships with authorities, local associations and third-party service providers.
  • Manage and perform regulatory assessments for new projects and innovations, guide R&D team in conducting cross-country compliance checks, e.g. regulatory requirements on label compliance, new claims, ingredients and products categories (plant based /hybrid food products).
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory developments across Asia and ANZ region. Ensure timely updates to internal stakeholders and Global Regulatory Affairs team, with a focus on food category-specific regulations, labelling requirements, nutrition and health claims, and regulatory trends.
