Haleon is seeking an experienced Operations Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within its Operations department. The role requires a strong background in compliance, data management, and manufacturing processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management

Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for ensuring full adherence to all regulatory requirements, including cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality standards, financial controls, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and guidelines, in alignment with Haleon’s Corporate Policies.
  • Support smooth month-end closing and generate daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • Pharm-D / MBA / Sciences (Bachelor) /Equivalent Degree
