Key Requirements
10+ years of experience
BA degree
Thorough knowledge of construction costs, estimating, scheduling, budgeting
Familiarity with construction methods
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite
Communicate effectively with clients, designers, employees, subcontractors
Thorough knowledge of permitting and zoning regulations
Ability to read and interpret documents
Strong verbal skills including public speaking
Excellent written communication, planning, scheduling and negotiating skills
