Job Summary
Carilion Clinic is launching an accredited kidney transplant program in 2026, and a pharmacy specialist will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary team.
The solid organ transplant (SOT) pharmacist will assume direct patient care responsibilities throughout the entire continuum of care, with a primary focus in the ambulatory setting.
Long-term, the SOT pharmacist will be expected to serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, offering an elective rotation for solid organ transplant.
