Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years law enforcement experience
Supervisory experience in campus policing
Illinois Law Enforcement Training certification
24/7 shift flexibility including weekends
Emergency response and crisis management
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of university disciplinary procedures
Experience with CALEA accreditation standards
Strong interpersonal skills for diverse communities
Ability to build consensus across campus stakeholders
Key Requirements
College or university degree in related field
Minimum 7 years of work experience in related discipline
State of Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board Certification
Valid Driver's License with multiple state privileges
