Job Summary

  • The Director, US Commercial Education will be responsible for leading the execution of the US Commercial learning strategy for Electrophysiology, overseeing the delivery of all associated new hire training programs for the United States sales organization.
  • Partners with senior US leadership including Marketing, Sales, Global Education and new technology teams to understand business/marketing objectives and directs all US content development for Electrophysiology training.
  • Recruit, on-board, and continuously develop all team members, and works with procurement, legal, and other Johnson & Johnson departments on vendor selection and contract negotiations.
