Job Summary

  • As an Enterprise Account Manager, you are the business advisor and primary post-integration point of contact, helping our largest merchants navigate the complex global payments landscape.
  • You will craft and execute merchant-specific development plans focused on tangible revenue generation and value-add, while also conducting deep-dive analyses of merchant payment data to increase acceptance rates and optimize the checkout flow.
  • This role requires you to proactively identify opportunities to upsell new products and features, acting as the primary line of defense against churn by building high-touch, consultative relationships and resolving complex merchant pain points.

Key Requirements
