Job Summary
Develop and execute the regional O2C strategy, aligning it with global finance objectives and the GBS service delivery model.
Oversee the end-to-end O2C process, including customer master data, credit management, billing and invoicing, collections and accounts receivable (AR), cash application, and dispute management.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing and engaged team across Kuala Lumpur/Shanghai/Pune locations, fostering a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and customer service.
