Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to perform general engineering methods while developing advanced technologies in the medical device industry.
You will ensure customer expectations are met by evaluating existing products and processes for failure analysis and potential improvements using standard engineering techniques.
As a standard bearer for Quality, you will embed Quality within the Engineering discipline and contribute to achieving site Quality KPIs and a journey to 5 Sigma.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Three years of relevant engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Root cause analysis and data analysis skills
Experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
Nice-to-have
Proactive insight into technical challenges
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environments
Familiarity with Integer Production System principles
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
Minimum three years of relevant experience
Functional understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
