Job Summary
The Area Manager is responsible for safety, quality, and production of all coated steel products processed in their assigned department(s).
The incumbent ensures that production goals are met, customer demands are satisfied, and all manufacturing associates work safely within a self-directed team environment.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a targeted annual bonus, health and welfare benefits, and a 401(k) match.
