Job Summary

  • The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for sustaining product quality, process design, production efficiency, supplier management, driving product cost reduction and product consistency.
  • Successfully lead and contribute to NPI teams and product launches at CM sites, typically through the following activities: process capability studies, process/test design, cell layouts, time-studies, inspection protocols, supplier qualification, quality control plan, work instruction documentation.
  • Trains and/or provides work direction to operators/technicians at internal or Contract Manufacturer Site.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 5 years related product-based electromechanical experience
  • Proficient in Solidworks, 3D modeling, detailed engineering drawings, GD&T, EPDM
  • Experience with production best practices (LEAN, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma)
  • Experience with ISO Quality Management Systems
  • Ability to independently lead cross-functional projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 10-25%
