This role will support the Total Rewards Center of Excellence team by administering global compensation programs.
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive compensation benchmarking support and managing survey submissions.
Effective Communication with relevant stakeholders such as Regional Compensation Leads, Payroll, and Finance Departments to ensure that the data submitted is accurate and aligns with data submission requirements.
