Job Summary
This 15-month Career Progression Program is designed for fresh graduates to cultivate the next generation of skilled professionals in Singapore's biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
The Operational Effectiveness Specialist will lead, coach, and execute Operational Excellence through Lean and Six Sigma application at Pfizer's Tuas API site.
Participants will build six sigma capability among colleagues, support Green Belts and Yellow Belts, and act as a PMO to stabilize the new facility.
