  • This role will serve as lead advisor on employee recruiting, interviewing and improving local brand identity for assigned areas, playing a pivotal role in the success of a positive “Candidate Experience”.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Internal Gerber Collision & Glass recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Understanding of recruiting processes and Workday Recruiting
  • CPHR preferred
  • Experience developing relationships with Technical Schools, Colleges and Universities preferred
