The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Record vital signs and intake/output data
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
Nice-to-have
Positive emphasis and warm atmosphere creation
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
