Job Summary

  • This role serves as a central catalyst for State Street's multi-year enterprise transformation to modernize platforms, processes, and ways of working while maintaining the highest standards of risk management.
  • The Head of Strategic Transformation will build an enterprise-wide roadmap aligned to strategic priorities, driving cross-business integration across Technology, Data, Operations, Product, Risk & Controls, and Finance.
