Job Summary
This is a 50/50 Program Management + Data Analytics role, leading workforce/resource planning and program facilitation while building analytics, automated ETL, and leadership dashboards to enable data-driven engineering decisions.
The role serves as a key process facilitator and data analytics expert supporting engineering workforce staffing, resource planning, and other critical engineering functions.
You will collaborate with functional engineering partners, engineering leaders, and teams from Government Operations, Legal, Human Resources, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with Boeing’s Engineering mission.

Base: $118,150.00 - $159,850.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs
