Job Summary

  • Responsible for ensuring commercial advertisements air on cable networks per client's contract and works with campaign management, customers and/or agencies to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Core responsibilities include inputting advertisement titles and airing instructions into a database, reviewing contracts for accuracy, and troubleshooting mid-day, end-of-day, and digital ad checks.
  • Employees are expected to understand operating principles, own the customer experience, be enthusiastic learners, win as a team, and drive results and growth.
