  • The role will pivot towards high-level supervision, staff mentorship, and spearheading the development of all HRPP SOPs and policies to drive AAHRPP accreditation readiness.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of IRB administration experience
  • Expert knowledge of federal regulations
  • Master's degree or higher (preferred)
  • Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified IRB Manager (CIM) (preferred)
  • 2+ years in a lead role (preferred)
  • Experience with AAHRPP accreditation (preferred)
  • Experience with electronic IRB systems (preferred)
